European Bartender School is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role involves extensive travel to various schools owned by EBS around the world, with a focus on creating engaging and localised social media content, primarily for TikTok and Instagram. At EBS we understand the power of good content, and we want to make the most of the key channels for our target audience.
You’ll be spending your time alongside our students, living and breathing the same experience as them while capturing the moments and relationships that make an EBS course special. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we’re looking for a person who can help us stay relevant with this ever-evolving platform, react quickly to trends and execute ideas efficiently while collaborating with multiple teams.

Here’s what you’ll do:
• Travel to EBS schools globally, capturing and creating authentic, engaging social media content
• Produce high-quality videos that leverage TikTok trends and dynamics, appeal to our audience, and match brand standards
• Build relationships with students and schools to create on-site opportunities for content creation
• Enhance EBS’s organic SoMe strategy by improving content and executing projects related to Social Media (user-generated content competitions, ambassador projects, local testimonials, etc.)
• Collaborate with HQ teams, school teams and students to generate content ideas, plan schedules and execute posting
• Support the Creative Team when needed by creating local and localised content, effectively managing communication flows with the relevant HQ teams
Job requirements:
• Proven experience in content creation for Social Media, especially for TikTok and Instagram
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, dynamics and best practices
• Willingness and availability to travel to various international locations (around ten per year)
• Ability to build relationships in diverse environments, work independently and be open and adaptable to changing plans and varied situations
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g. Capcut, Premier Pro…)
• Working proficiency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Openess to receive feedback and to align with business goals and social media strategy
• Nice to have:
• First-hand experience of an EBS course
• Languages other than English
• Be based in proximity to an EBS school
