More about the role:

The position is based in Barcelona but regional managers are required to travel to EBS schools around the world on a regular basis. During these visits you will be required to educate, train and test our instructors. You will also be expected to check all aspects of school performance from the quality of the physical space, to student satisfaction, education compliance and administration.

As a fast-growing company with grand plans to keep expanding and developing its products, we are looking for an adaptable person to take on new projects as they come up; as such the job has an equal mix of ‘business as usual’ and ‘new projects’.



Here's what you'll do:

- Be involved in the development of the educational curriculum to stay aligned with industry trends and new courses
- Monitor, maintain and, where possible, improve the quality of the education
- Teach occasional EBS Advanced Courses; around three to four times per year
- Take part in our annual Instructor Academy; training new instructors on the EBS courses, creating and organising events, hosting awards and competitions
- Assist in and present at our yearly company convention
- Assist in the opening of new schools anywhere in the world, both remotely and in person
- Collate and provide reports to the Head of Education regarding individual school performance and student evaluations
- Have the opportunity to write blogs or star in vlogs or online courses (depending on your propensity to do so - it's not compulsory!)


Job Requirements:

- Full working proficiency in English
- Minimum of five years experience in hospitality
- Hospitality Management experience and/or Brand Ambassador experience
- Understanding of how to lead a team
- Ability to lead training sessions/classes etc.
- Full computer literacy


Bonus Skills:

- Conversational Spanish, Italian, German or French
- Barista experience
- Basic Flair skills
- Experience writing bartending or barista content in English (e.g. blogs or educational material)
- Experience in video production, in front or behind the camera
- Experience travelling internationally, professionally or personally
- Completed one or more EBS courses
