Here’s what you’ll do:
Sell our courses/experiences to hot leads via phone, email & social media
Take care of the relationship with our potential students, assisting them on a life changing experience
Stay up-to-date on our latest courses/experiences and the benefits
Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide
Manage your pipeline, meeting or exceeding the Service Level Agreement expectations in order to prioritise tasks with the hottest leads.
Organise your workflow, set yourself personal goals, schedule call-backs
Upsell and cross-sell our products
Update and stay on top of your Salesforce pipeline
Bring new ideas to the table
Dedicate to your development: impact our business through projects outside of your sales pipeline, after achieving exceptional pipeline management and performance to target
Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!
Job requirements:
Excellent communication skills
1-year minimum Sales experience in a similar environment
Proficiency in English and advanced level at least in one other European language.
An understanding of B2C outbound sales
An understanding of our product or first-hand experience of an EBS course
Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems
A can-do, go-getter attitude!
