You will
- Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees
- Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort's restaurant teams
- Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set-up and the service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service)
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
- Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service
- Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels etc.)
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the resort's assets
