The Role

As Client Support & Project Manager you will provide customer service support to our students via phone, email and chat. You will also take care of a new B2B project that the company will launch, and work closely with our Paris school, to open new revenue streams.

You will also work in close collaboration with our Sales Department, as well as the Marketing Team. We are looking for a proactive and curious person with exceptional attention to detail, that can take the initiative and lead projects independently.


What You’ll Do:

◉ Client Support
- Assist our students via phone, email and chat, in regards to their questions, doubts and complaints, assisting them on a life changing experience
- Take care of school administration tasks, such as preparing the classlists and providing logistical assistance
- Act as the point of contact for the French market
- Take care of the relationship with our franchises
- Stay up-to-date on our latest courses, experiences and marketing campaigns

◉ Project Management
- Handle B2B daily requests, via phone and mail
- Prepare the necessary documents for the implementation of a new B2B project for the French market
- Update and report on the schedule and progress of this project, including budgets and spending, on monthly basis
- Identify resources, requirements and gaps that will facilitate/inhibit the project
- Manage subsets of the project, such as a particular phase or deliverable
- Manage other duties related to the project (such as external contact with agencies and schools)
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and assign actions


Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 year of Customer Service experience, both B2B and B2C, in a similar working environment
- Proven experience in project and account management
- Full working proficiency in French and English (C1); another European language is a plus
- An understanding of EBS’ products (or first-hand experience of an EBS course)
- Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong Problem solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of Pole Emploi partnership process, or other comparable processes with the French government, is a big plus
