Here’s what you’ll do:

- Sell our courses/experiences to hot leads via phone, email & social media
- Take care of the relationship with our potential students, assisting them on a life changing experience
- Stay up-to-date on our latest courses/experiences and the benefits
- Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide
- Manage your pipeline, meeting or exceeding the Service Level Agreement expectations in order to prioritise tasks with the hottest leads.
- Organise your workflow, set yourself personal goals, schedule call-backs
- Upsell and cross-sell our products
- Update and stay on top of your Salesforce pipeline
- Bring new ideas to the table
- Dedicate to your development: impact our business through projects outside of your sales pipeline, after achieving exceptional pipeline management and performance to target
- Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!

Job requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- 1-year minimum Sales experience in a similar environment
- Proficiency in Swedish and English is essential; advanced level at least in one other European language is a plus
- An understanding of B2C outbound sales
- An understanding of our product or first-hand experience of an EBS course
- Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems
- A can-do, go-getter attitude!
