Intimate 33-seat underground cocktail bar in Old Town Prague, serving concept-driven menus to guests from all over the world.
Beyond The Bar opened in 2021 on a quiet street in Old Town Prague. We're a small, international team working behind one bar, and our working language is English.
Our menus are built around a concept, and every drink is developed in-house, from the first idea through prep to the final glass. Our current menu, "I Remember", turns memories of places, people and flavours into cocktails.
Working here means doing a bit of everything: making drinks, looking after guests, prepping and helping create what comes next. Our guests come from all over the world and are genuinely curious about what's in their glass.
We're looking for people who are hospitable, work well in a small team, care about the details, and love playing with flavour. Experience helps, but attitude matters most.
