Sean's
A cocktail-led social bar in Silom, Bangkok, serving food until late and slowly turning up the music as the night goes on. Come for cocktails and conversat
Sean’s is a new cocktail bar and late-night social space on Decho Road, Silom.
We start the evening with good cocktails, good food and long conversations. As it gets later, the lights go down, the music goes up, and the bar slowly becomes a party.
We take our drinks and hospitality seriously. Ourselves, slightly less so.
We’re building Sean’s first-ever team and looking for people who are friendly, curious, reliable and genuinely enjoy being around people. Experience matters, but so do personality, attitude and the willingness to learn.
Working at Sean’s means being part of the venue from the beginning. We want the team to grow with us, contribute ideas, learn through regular training and help shape the kind of place people want to come back to—not just because the cocktails are good, but because they had a really good night.
Expect cocktails, food, music, busy nights, international guests and probably hearing the same song more times than you'd like.
Good hospitality without the stiffness. Good service without the script.
