I'm in the process of buying a bar in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
I'm looking for an employee who will also be a minority partner (10 to 15% of the company) to take over my Parisian cocktail bar.
I'm looking for someone who can run the bar in my absence (2 days a week) and who has experience in this field.
As he/she is in the creation phase, he/she will be able to bring his/her personal touch if he/she so wishes, particularly in the creation of cocktails.
