trobar can’t be easily defined. We’re not a bar, a restaurant, a store, or an art gallery. We’re all of these things, and more.
Based in Cala Agulla, Mallorca, trobar is a sprawling multi-level dreamscape where you can socialise, eat, and drink, all while shopping our eclectic selection of curated artworks, objects, and furniture.
trobar is the latest chapter in the evolving story of trobat.co. Like trobat, we are driven by the art of “the find”. This passion touches every part of the trobar experience. You’ll feel it, from the moment you walk through our doors. Our cocktails are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before, served in weird and wonderful “glassware” created in collaboration with artists, all of which is available to buy. This year our menu is embracing Italy, bringing the warmth and conviviality of our family’s culinary traditions to Mallorca. Our Italian co-founder grew up in kitchens where food was not just nourishment but a way of life—where Nonna ruled with a wooden spoon, Zia perfected the family recipes, and Zio kept things just chaotic enough to make it fun. These experiences are now coming to trobar, where we’re not just serving food—we’re sharing a piece of our history, a taste of home, and the simple pleasure of eating well with people you love.
