The Mix

We created a venue that is inviting and where patrons would make it their "go to place" any day of the week. Although not very big, seating for up to 50 people, the person working behind the Bar will be the attraction by showing your skills, vibrant personality with flair and knowledge in the field of Cocktails and Spirits with a dare to mixology- Be a bit of a showman/woman and bring the element of surprise "feel the room". The workplace will be relaxed and you will have room to create and captivate the patrons you are serving over and above serving the standard drinks. A strong sense of maturity and responsibility is required as you will be required to open and lock up on certain days. You will also be responsible to prep your station and keeping it hygenic and clean. Staff compliment of 3 to begin with so you will not be alone. A 5 day week with a late afternoon start Tuesday to Sunday. Our clientele is local and large international community so English needs to be spoken at a good level or advanced accompanied with Spanish any other languages is a bonus. The successful candidate will become part of this family and grow with us if they are willing to put the effort in.
