CAOS is a restaurant and Cocktail bar offering modern cuisine rooted in Mexican flavor and traditions while celebrating Mexican heritage with local Belgian ingredients. Our menu is designed for sharing and served with our signature Mezcal cocktails. The standard for our dishes is like fine dining, but without the white table linen. Think of Kol in London and Atla in New York. Our beverage program focuses on artisanal spirits and mirrors our cuisine, letting high quality ingredients shine. The restaurant is focused on dining but is flexible enough to gradually evolve into a sleek bar venue to showcase the depth of our hand- crafted beverages in a lively environment where the concept of time becomes nothing more than a fleeting idea.
Our focus goes beyond culinary excellence. What makes us stand out is that we are not just a place to eat; we’re a cool and dynamic hangout spot—a place where all sorts of people can gather for a chill yet exciting time. Besides the exciting food menu, we want to fill a gap in the market by focusing on creating a scene where people can mingle, build new connections, and create lasting memories. The bar is the restaurants’ center piece that invites people to join the conversation at the bar and to get educated on the Mexican cuisine and popular beverages by the friendly bar staff. Besides the main bar, tables are available for a more private experience, or we welcome groups to join at the large communal table. The restaurant is carefully designed in a natural and modern way, to be fancy yet down-to-earth, a go-to spot for friends, coworkers, and families.
CAOS is plannend to open in spring of 2024 (May/June) and will be located in the city centre of Antwerp. The maximum couverts for the restaurant will be 50 people.
