A restaurant nestled on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, offering the idyllic atmosphere of the French Riviera
This restaurant, founded in 1948 by the Sordello family, is a veritable institution. In 2021, it was taken over by gastronomy lovers and event specialists, including Laurent Le Fur, former General Manager of Groupe Lenôtre and the Eiffel Tower restaurants, and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France. It becomes the "Maison de Bacon".
Immediately, a number of renovation projects were launched, including a bioclimatic veranda and a modern, carefully designed interior. Different worlds were created. Creation of a bar/lounge, lunch and dinner areas, a terrace opening onto an exceptional view of the sea, Old Antibes and the Mercantour massif. Everything has been done to make the most of this exceptional view, whatever the season.
Nicolas Davouze, our Chef, offers you his signature menu and the best of the Bacon tradition. Some dishes are cooked over a wood fire. Of course, the historic dishes established since 1948 remain on the menu.
