**Job Opportunity: F&B Employee at ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy**
**About Us**
ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy is seeking a hands-on F&B Employee.
You will be part of a dynamic team in our new 250-room hotel located in 'Hart van Zuid', near the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Center and Zuidplein.
Our restaurant and terrace, overlooking Zuiderpark, will feature Neapolitan Sourdough Pizzas and Italian-inspired cocktails.
**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and guide hotel guests.
- Answer questions about allergies and menu items.
- Inform guests about drink and food options.
- Take orders and offer advice.
- Serve drinks and dishes.
- Clear tables and upsell desserts.
- Promote starters, specialty beers, and desserts.
- Ensure optimal guest service from arrival to departure.
- Identify and suggest improvements.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the F&B shift leader.

**Requirements**
- At least 1 year of F&B experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel, or a strong enthusiasm to learn.
- Available for at least two weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Good organizational skills.
- Preferably residing in Rotterdam or having an affinity with the city.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
