Mayur is a Indian restaurant right behind Leidsesquare in the center of Amsterdam. We have a Cocktail menu with mostly homemade products related to the Indian cuisine.
Our team is a small team of around 10 people with a good mix of experience and less experienced people. We are a small family and everyone in our team values each other.
When you come to work your day starts with preparing the Bar/Restaurant (we help each other). At 17:00 we open our doors for the guests, but before it gets busy there is time to eat some good Indian food. During the shift there are moments to have a quick drink or when its not that busy maybe even a smoke. After the shift it is restocking and preparing for tomorrow but also another moment to get a plate of food.
