This sprawling space features indoor and outdoor dining, a secret garden bar, family-friendly green-space, a Tweed-fueled coffee shop, a smokehouse, and diverse delectables including Nashville hot chicken, artisan burgers, and LA’s own MAMA’S MEDICINE cocktails.
Designed by owners Jason and Carlee Smith in collaboration with Rouch Architecture, the FireHouse aesthetic and philosophy was inspired by the Smith’s roots in southern California, their passion for the historic building rehab revolution, and Grand Prairie’s commitment to preservation and economic development.
The 20th Century Fire Station No. 1 remains at the heart of the 21st Century’s FireHouse Gastro Park, a beautiful place to kick back and spend the day.
