MEATliquor (the independently owned Bar & Diner group) is opening a new flagship site in Oxford Circus.
MEATliquor– from #MEATeasy zeitgeist pop up to in 2011, to 12-x strong burger and booze meccas in unorthodox venues, serving the best U.S. style buns this side of the pond in 2019.

Experience– Are you dedicated to making high quality cocktails? Do you have excellent bar chat and an unswerving ability to make people feel welcome? Do you have a desire to learn and hone your mixology skills? Can you provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment? Are you flexible?
We have an ever-changing cocktail list, along with a heady mix of classics across the estate, so ideally candidates must have 1-2 years’ experience in cocktail-led bars or restaurants. Your knowledge will be challenged.
We provide in-house training on a regular basis, led by Soulshakers LTD, who have a unique understanding of both the mechanics and magic that create a great bar experience. There are plenty of chances to progress and we actively encourage it.
There are plenty of Supplier led knowledge trips to well-known brand locations and opportunities to enter and win global cocktail competitions.
Individuality/Originality– this is something we love and encourage. No uniforms, no dress code, just a flair for cocktails, hospitality and people is all we ask. One small technical hitch is that all applicants must be over the age of 18 due to the sale of alcohol in our restaurants. Sorry kids….
