The restaurant bistro bar NAO (Los Artos Shopping Center c / César Manrique 2ª Local 22 - 2 floor), is a gastronomic project with the idea of becoming a reference of the Galician updated kitchen in Rivas.
This space opened on March 16, with an opening party between friends that has served as presentation and since then it hasn´t stopped in order to give a welcoming and innovative character to the place . A huge library presides the place, vintage elements, two Chester sofas in the center and soft tones have made the place in a bright, diaphanous and very comfortable Bistro Bar and quite unique in the area.
The restaurant, led in kitchen by Eduardo Quintero, who has worked with David Muñoz and Mario Sandoval among others, together with Pablo García, owner of the place, present a gastronomic proposal with clear protagonist of contemporary Galician cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian elements.
Average price: 20 euros.
Their “choco” in ink, their prawns in tempura or their mussels with red curry are some of the dishes featured in their menu that share the spotlight with the zamburiñas and their outstanding desserts, such as the foam of tetilla cheese with quince ...
In addition, trying to preserve the Galician essence, but in an original way, there are some traditional dishes such as “zorza” or “croca”, one of the most tasty parts of the veal, this last speciality of the house and an undisputed protagonist.
