Zephyr Sky Bar is an elegant cocktail bar situated on the rooftop of the Hyatt Regency Sydney. Zephyr offers an impressive cocktail list and a large spirit collection sourced from around the globe. Zephyr has over 80 Vermouths and 70 Rums behind its bar for guests to choose from. It also offers unique barrel aged Vermouths and Rums using hypersonic and sous vide infusions.
Our expectations from our team members is to be able to produce exceptional cocktails and alcoholic beverages with professional customer service. We are seeking experienced bar attendants to join our busy team. To be successful in this role you must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, have experience working in a cocktail bar and be willing to learn and expand your knowledge of the hospitality industry.
