We are a luxury country estate hotel, cookery school, spa and pub in the heart of the Cotswolds, known for its beautiful english countryside.
Thyme is a 5* hotel with a strong ethos running through it centred around 'for the love of the land'. It is unlike other hotels and this is what makes it so attractive to guests. The buildings are all 17th century and have been lovingly restored by the owner with no expense spared. We have 150 acres in total of land which are home to 2 flocks of sheep and a wonderful working kitchen garden. The Garden provides both the hotel and pub kitchens with wonderful fresh produce every day, and this is at the heart of Thyme. Thyme offers it's staff a wonderful working environment and an unrivalled work/life balance.
