Are you passionate about mixology and looking to develop your career in an international hotel environment?

At Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, we are looking for a Bartender Intern to join our Food & Beverage team.

You will have the opportunity to learn alongside industry professionals, gain first-hand experience of hotel operations, and develop your skills in bar service, mixology and customer service.

What will you learn during your internship?
Assist with the preparation and service of drinks, cocktails and other beverages.
Prepare and organise the bar before, during and after service.
Gain knowledge of products, ingredients and basic mixology techniques.
Provide customer service and recommendations in line with the hotel’s service standards.
Assist with stock control and replenishment of bar products and supplies.
Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Follow established hygiene, safety and quality procedures.
What are we looking for?
A student currently studying Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Tourism or a related field.
Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
Interest in developing a professional career in bar service, mixology and Food & Beverage.
A positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
English and other language skills will be considered an advantage.
