Cocktail Bartender

Plata Cocktail Bar is a small and established cocktail bar in the centre of Barcelona, known for creative cocktails, attention to detail and a highly international clientele.
We are looking for an experienced bartender who is confident behind the bar, enjoys interacting with guests and can work efficiently in a busy environment.
Previous professional bartending experience is required. Cocktail knowledge, good organisation, reliability and excellent customer service are especially important to us.
Because our cocktail menu and way of working require a significant training period, we are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term position rather than a temporary or seasonal job.
Candidates should already be based in Barcelona or ready to relocate permanently, and must have the legal right to work in Spain.
Spanish and English are required. Additional languages are a plus.
We offer a professional but friendly working environment, an interesting cocktail programme and the opportunity to become an important part of a small team.
