Your main responsibilities will include:
- Fostering a culture of team development, high performance and growth
- Carrying out opens and closes, running shifts and ensuring orders and deliveries are managed accurately
- Ensuring that HACCP, COSHH and fire safety are adhered to, with all associated paperwork completed accurately to maintain our 5-star food hygiene rating
- Developing the management and wider team through structured coaching, feedback and clear goals with an action-orientated approach
- Leading the management team and overseeing recruitment, including interviews, trial shifts, contracts and all new starter paperwork
- Managing key operational costs including labour and stock control to maximise profitability
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall long-term running and growth of The LiquorLab
