You'll craft cocktails and run the bar for an 80-seat venue. You'll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house to build a drinks program that matches the food. This is a ground-floor role. You'll help shape the cocktail menu, the signature serves and the bar's personality before we open.

The centrepiece is a 20 ft wide, 18 ft high statement bar. and we want to run a global bar programme on it.
