Plata Cocktail Bar is looking for a Cocktail Bartender to join our team in Barcelona.
We are looking for someone who combines solid bar skills with something equally important to us: warm, genuine hospitality.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, charismatic, professional and confident interacting with guests. Most of our clientele is international, so a good level of English is important.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a bartender and preparing cocktails
Friendly, positive and professional attitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good level of English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Availability for evening/night shifts and weekends
Reliable, punctual and a good team player
Well-presented and comfortable working in a highly guest-facing environment
Advanced mixology knowledge is welcome but not essential. We value attitude, personality, willingness to learn and the way you treat guests just as much as technical skills.
