Duration:3 – 6 months (between March – November)
As anF&B Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in roles such as Assistant Waiter, Bartender, Hostess, or Room Service Attendant within the Food & Beverage department, according to operational needs and your Manager’s direction.
Responsibilities
•Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome and service to guests.
•Prepare mise en place and complete side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
•Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations at all times.
•Manage dining reservations and guest allocations according to established service standards.
•Support Food & Beverage operations through additional tasks such as bartending, hosting, room service, or other responsibilities assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager, according to operational needs.
•Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
