Bartender (Seasonal) - Baoli Dubai

Bâoli Dubai is a dynamic restaurant, poolside and nightlife hotspot, combining an elevated culinary experience with an explosive party scene. Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.



We are looking for a skilled Mixologist - Bartender to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality drinks across our day-to-night service, keeping pace with the venue's energy from poolside to party.



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve a full range of beverages — classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks — to Bâoli's quality and consistency standards.
Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume peak periods, including weekend brunch and the sunset-to-night transition.
Set up and break down the bar station, maintaining mise en place and stock levels throughout service.
Support VIP and bottle service alongside senior bar staff when required.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and full compliance with UAE licensing regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar station at all times.
Coordinate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
Handle cash/POS transactions accurately.


Ideal Candidate:



Minimum 1-2 years' bartending experience within hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, or nightlife venues.
Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
Ability to work at pace during high-volume, fast-paced service.
Well-presented, guest-facing manner suited to a premium venue.
Good English communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
