We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Intern - Bartender to join our hospitality team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical bartending skills in a dynamic bar environment while providing exceptional service to our guests. You will work alongside experienced bartenders, learning the craft of mixology and hospitality excellence while contributing to a positive and efficient bar operation.
•Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards with precision and attention to detail
•Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station, including equipment, glassware, and supplies
•Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of beverages and bar supplies
•Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
•Collaborate with bar staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
•Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages in compliance with UAE regulations
•Support senior bartenders in training and learning best practices for customer engagement and drink preparation
•Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns with professionalism and courtesy
•Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient bar atmosphere
