Beverage Mastery: Accurately prepare a variety of drinks utilizing your strong background in premium hospitality, coffee, and mixology.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine, hygienic, and fully stocked station while strictly managing ingredients to keep waste variance below 2%.
Sales & Service: Actively engage with guests to recommend pairings, premium spirits, and seasonal specials to boost beverage spend per head.
Team Collaboration: Bring an adaptable, team-first attitude, providing hands-on support and flexibility during operational surges or as needed by management.
