Pay
We offer an hourly wage plus a share of service charge (tronc), which is distributed fairly among the team. This means your total earnings will be higher than your base rate, especially during busy periods.
What you’ll do
Make and serve drinks (cocktails, spirits, beers, soft drinks)
Welcome guests, take orders, and serve quickly and professionally
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised
Check ID and follow alcohol‑licensing rules
Handle cash/card payments and manage tabs
Restock drinks and supplies during your shift
Chat with guests and recommend drinks or specials
Follow all hygiene and safety standards
What we’re looking for
Experience in hospitality or bar work
Good knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Able to handle busy periods and multiple orders
Confident with cash handling
Good communication and a friendly personality
Professional appearance
Able to work evenings and weekends
