Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Ass. Bar Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the bar outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and cover the Bar Manager in his absence.
Furthermore, your duties will include:

- Ensuring that approved service sequences and standards are maintained at all times
- Ensuring that the daily / weekly actions and the daily operation are prepared
- Assist in developing training plans for all outlet Team Members.
- Monitor the venue’s budget, control costs and maximise profitability.
- Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints while providing accurate information to guests about property facilities and features.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care of all equipment and materials
- Collaborate with Bar Team on events and promotions.

Who you are?

- Previous experience as a Head Bartender / Assistant Bar Manager in a high-volume bar
- First leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities in English, maybe in another language and best also in German
- Expert Knowledge of bar products and technics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
