Job Description:

- Set up and maintain all bar tables, ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness
- Inspect and prepare all glassware, china, flatware, and linen before service
- Know and describe all drinks on the menu; recommend beverages to guests and suggest cocktails and wines to enhance their selections
- Receive orders from captain or guests and prepare drinks according to Standard Operating Manual procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise-en-place at the working station and service pantry
- Replenish supplies of linen, glassware, and operating equipment as needed
- Clean all spillage during service and at closing to maintain a professional bar environment

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in an international hotel chain, midscale or upscale hotel, restaurant, or bar
- Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficient English (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards
- Guest-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering memorable service experiences
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management is an advantage
- Creative and proactive approach to suggesting beverage promotions and signature cocktails
