Supporting the daily operations of the bar outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and preparing and serving cocktails, classics, long drinks and beverages.
Furthermore, your duties will include:
- Adapt and follow our high service and bar standards
- Prepare the daily mise en place for bar operation
- Preparing and serving cocktails, classics, long drinks and beverages
- participate to developing training and extend your personals professional knowledge.
- Assist guests with all enquiries while providing accurate information to guests about our beverage / hotel offer.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care of all equipment and materials
- Satisfy our guest together with Bar Team on events and promotions.
Who you are?
- Previous experience in Hospitality Industry as a Barback / Bartender in a high-volume bar
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities in English, maybe in another language and best also in German
- Basic Knowledge of bar products and technics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
