Buscamos un/a encargado/a con iniciativa, liderazgo y ganas de formar parte de un proyecto gastronómico en crecimiento: una cafetería–obrador take away ubicada en el Puerto de Sóller.
Funciones principales
•Gestión y coordinación del día a día del local.
•Supervisión del equipo y organización de turnos.
•Control de stock, pedidos y proveedores.
•Garantizar la calidad del servicio y la experiencia del cliente.
•Participación activa en la mejora de procesos y crecimiento del negocio.
•Apoyo en el desarrollo futuro del proyecto.
Perfil que buscamos
•Experiencia previa como encargado/a, manager o responsable en hostelería, cafetería o restauración.
•Capacidad de liderazgo y organización.
•Persona resolutiva, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
•Buen trato con clientes y equipo.
•Español e inglés imprescindibles (otros idiomas son un plus).

•Positive attitude and good communication skills.
•Spanish and English are needed (additional languages are a plus).
