Bar Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent people management skills, and a deep knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high standards of service and product quality
•Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment
•Develop and implement innovative drink menus and seasonal specialties that align with current trends and customer preferences
•Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control costs while maintaining product quality
•Monitor bar revenue and expenses, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase profitability
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing laws and regulations
•Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
•Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure seamless service
•Organize and promote special events to attract customers and increase revenue
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment
Qualifications:
•Proven experience (3+ years) in bar management or similar role
•Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and current industry trends
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
•Proficiency in bar POS systems and inventory management software
•Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
•Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
