We operate one of the most popular nightlife venues in Sunny Beach, Valhalla Nightclub, and directly outside sits our open-air bar “The Duck”. This bar is a key part of the guest experience and requires a strong, hands-on manager to run it smoothly throughout the busy summer months.
As Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue. You will manage a small team of 2–3 bartenders, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and supervising bartenders
Stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Handling daily cash flow and basic financial tracking
Maintaining cleanliness and overall presentation of the bar
Supporting and coordinating basic social media activity
Ensuring smooth operation during peak nightlife hours
What we’re looking for:
(Ideally) previous experience in bar or hospitality management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, nightlife environment
Hands-on mentality – you lead by doing, not just managing
Social, outgoing personality with good customer interaction skills
