Bartender at Berners Tavern

This gastronomic gem under the direction of our Chef Partner Jason Atherton boasts 140 covers, serving guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Berners Tavern is located in central London’s Fitzrovia at The London EDITION and brings together, in a delicate balancing act, the integrity and character of a historic building with a simple, sophisticated design sensibility, creating a seamless blend of charisma and ease.

As Bartender you will:

Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs

Our most successful Bartender has:

A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent service skills
Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
