Bartender at The Punch Room

The Punch Room, a modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 speciality punches – including the signature gin-infused EDITION house punch.

As Bartender you will:

- Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well.
- Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

Our most successful Bartender has:

- A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge.
- Previous experience as a cocktail bartender.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent service skills.
- Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Flexibility to support the team across the hotel. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.
- This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
