Bartender at The Lobby Bar

The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers.

As Bartender you will:

Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs

Our most successful Bartender has:

A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent service skills
Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
