Falbra Ltd - Elba Restaurant is seeking a talentedSenior Bartenderto lead our bar team and ensure every guest enjoys a perfect drink and unforgettable service. As a Senior Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, mentor junior staff, and bring creativity and expertise to our beverage menu.
Responsibilities and essential job duties include but are not limited to:
•Lead the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
•Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest standards
•Create and innovate cocktail recipes, seasonal specials, and signature drinks
•Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff
•Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies
•Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulations
•Collaborate with management on bar promotions, events, and beverage strategy
•Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and attentive service
