Set in a small mountain hamlet in southern South Tyrol, at 1,500 meters above sea level near the border with Val di Fiemme (Trentino) in the westernmost Dolomites,Berghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideawayis a boutique sanctuary of just 13 suites, combining in a uniquely refined way the charm of a meticulously curated private estate with all the amenities of luxury hospitality.

Berghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideawayis seeking a motivated and dedicated Commis de Rang, with a genuine interest in fine dining and a strong commitment to delivering attentive and professional service.
This role is designed for individuals with a completed professional training in hospitality who are at the start of their career or embarking on their journey in fine dining and high-level hospitality, offering hands-on experience in all aspects of service, close collaboration with a small, close-knit team, and ample opportunity to learn, take initiative, and actively contribute to the guest experience. Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a fine-dining setting is essential, while previous experience in high-level hospitality is advantageous.






Position-Related Benefits


Structured 6-day workweek in high season with flexible day off; in low season, up to two days off per week are possible, as the hotel and restaurant are closed for guests from Monday after breakfast until Wednesday midday
