We're now looking for a Full Time Bartender to join our talented team. Experience is desirable but not essential - if you have the right attitude and passion for hospitality, we'll provide the training you need.
About the Role
As a Bartender at Pig's Lane, you'll play an important part in delivering a world-class bar experience. Full training will be provided by our award-winning Group Drinks Development Manager, Ariel Sanecki, giving you the opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry and develop your skills in cocktail making and bar craft.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve draft beers, whiskeys, and spirits to a high standard
* Deliver friendly, engaging service to guests
* Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar
* Learn and develop knowledge of cocktails, whiskey, and flavour profiles
* Work as part of a supportive team to create an outstanding guest experience
The Ideal Candidate
* Bartending or hospitality experience desirable but not essential
* A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
* An interest in cocktails, spirits, and mixology
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland
* 18+ and available to work evenings and weekends full time
