This role suits bartenders who are confident in a busy service environment, enjoy guest interaction, and take pride in consistency, efficiency, and team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced bar environment
- Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of responsible service obligations (current RSA required)
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Delivering consistent, high-quality drinks to spec
- Maintaining section cleanliness and stock levels
- Supporting service flow between bar and floor teams
- Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture
- Upholding venue standards and guest experience at all times
