SAED is currently supporting aPIF-owned hospitality client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabiaand is sourcing professionals for the first hiring wave across multiple positions. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Mixologist/Bartender in an ultra-luxury, alcohol-free environment, you will craft an exceptional beverage experience through the art of mocktails, specialty juices, botanical infusions, and premium non-alcoholic drinks.
Responsibilities
•Craft and serve a creative menu of mocktails, fresh juices, infusions, and specialty non-alcoholic beverages
•Develop new signature drinks that reflect the hotel's luxury identity and local culture
•Maintain impeccable bar setup, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
•Engage guests with knowledge, personality, and genuine hospitality
•Manage stock, wastage, and bar inventory efficiently
Requirements
•Bartending or mixology experience in a five-star hotel or high-end venue
•Demonstrated expertise in non-alcoholic mixology, mocktails, and specialty beverages
•High level of English essential; additional languages a plus
•Prior experience in an alcohol-free or Middle Eastern environment is a strong advantage
