Elba Restaurant is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone with a passion for mixology and hospitality who takes pride in crafting quality drinks and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greeting guests, making recommendations, and taking beverage orders
•Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
•Creating and updating drink menus, and informing guests about new drinks and specials
•Upselling beverages and topping up drinks when appropriate, as guided by the supervisor or manager on duty
•Developing new and creative cocktail recipes
•Managing bar inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar remains well stocked
•Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area
•Handling customer concerns professionally and resolving issues when they arise
•Processing payments accurately
•Following all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
•Assisting with other duties as needed to support the team
