The Role
We’re looking for passionate, skilledBaristasto join our opening team. This is an hourly, part-time position with flexible shifts, with the potential to grow into afull-time roleas Casa Lima expands. You’ll be the face of Casa Lima — crafting beautiful drinks, connecting with our guests, and helping us build a coffee community in Miami.
What You’ll Do
•Prepare high-quality espresso drinks with precision usingLa Marzocco equipment
•Pour clean and consistentlatte art(hearts, tulips, rosettas a must)
•Craft signature beverages, including amean matcha latte
•Educate guests about our coffee and Peruvian-inspired offerings
•Keep the truck clean, stocked, and running smoothly during service
•Support the team with setup, breakdown, and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
•Prior specialty coffee experience required (minimum 1 year)
•Skilled with La Marzocco machines and manual brewing methods
•Strong latte art technique
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-space environment
•Positive attitude, reliable, and a natural host for our guests
•Availability for mornings, weekends, and events
