Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West.
Oblix Westis a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine matches the view.
Oblix Eastoffers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Barback to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key support member of our back-of-house bar team, the Barback will help ensure that the bar runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the bartenders in delivering exceptional service.
Our Barbacks are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Full of energy and professionalism, the Barback will support the team to deliver outstanding service and seamless bar operations that define us.
Our ideal Barback
•Previous experience as a Barback in a high-end, fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
•Eager to learn and develop yourself.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
