The Merrion Hotel has partnered with Flow Hospitality Training to provide a bespoke learning management system for all of our team members. The Merrion is the first hotel in Ireland to provide accredited and tailor made training via Flow Hospitality Training.
The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking a full-time Cellar Bar Head Bartender to join our professional and welcoming Food & Beverage team.

As Cellar Bar Head Bartender, you will be a key member of our five-star team, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is ideal for candidates looking to advance or continue their career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Your responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
* Conducting daily requisitions and managing stock control
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable bar at all times
* Collaborating with management to develop and update drink menus
* Ensuring the highest standards of beverage service and presentation

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong cocktail, spirit, and wine knowledge

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
