Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering top-notch service? As a Bar Staff member at The Peligoni Club, you’ll be a key part of our summer team helping bring our relaxed, barefoot-luxury beach club vibe to life. You’ll work in a fast-paced, fun environment overlooking the water, serving drinks from crisp rosé and signature cocktails to coffee, smoothies, and fresh juices.
You’ll be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere, connect genuinely with our guests, and uphold high standards of service and cleanliness throughout every shift. This role is perfect for confident hospitality pros who thrive under pressure, love engaging with people, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a busy bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, with experience preparing them
- Barista experience is desirable
- Experience using EPOS till systems
- Up to date Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
- EU passport holder eligible to work in Greece
