Casa Mediterraneo Hotel is seeking a passionate and hands-onBreakfast Host / Kitchen All-Rounderto take ownership of our daily breakfast service while also supporting hotel operations and events. This is a unique, autonomous position, ideal for someone who loves food, enjoys responsibility, and thrives in a small boutique hotel environment.
Main Responsibilities (Primary Role – Breakfast)
•Prepare and serve daily breakfast for hotel guests.
•Cook and bake fresh breakfast items every day.
•Set up, present, and maintain an inviting breakfast area.
•Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards.
•Engage with guests during breakfast service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
•Manage basic breakfast stock and supplies in coordination with management.
Secondary Responsibilities
•Assist with guest welcome and general hospitality service when needed.
•Support hotel events and pop-up dinners (food preparation, service, drinks).
•Help cover bar shifts on the bartender’s days off (bar experience is a big plus).
•Support other small-hotel service duties as required.
Skills and expertise
•Strong passion for food, cooking, and baking.
•Previous breakfast, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred.
•Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
•Friendly, communicative, and guest-oriented.
•Good communication skills; English required, Greek a plus.
